What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to chrome/Browse as guest>> Navigate to chrome://md-settings/help page
(2)Click on Detailed build information link
(3)Now click on back arrow in details page and observe blink of unwanted vertical scrollbar.
Expected: No such blink of unwanted vertical scrollbar should be seen About chrome OS page of chrome://md-settings.
Actual: Instead, blink of unwanted vertical scrollbar is seen.
This is regression issue as no scrollbar is seen in 55.0.2878.0/8860.0.0 dev channel peppy.
Note:
1.Issue is not applicable to Linux.
2.Issue is also seen in 56.0.2924.9/9000.10.0 dev channel peppy.
