Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2937.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to http://jsbin.com/yegopajepa/edit?css,output 2. Toggle body height 3. There is a shift in layout What is the expected behavior? There should be no layout shifts What went wrong? New property sticky is the issue (maybe) Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2937.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version:

I am able to reproduce the issue on my Mac laptop OS 10.11.6 on the latest canary(57.0.2939.0) as per the test steps and attached jsfiddle in C#1. However same behavior is seen on Firefox as well. roguez.it@: Could you please confirm if this works fine on any other browser?

Sorry .. for late reply .. It works fine in Firefox 50.0 and Safari 10.0

I have attached a video ..in the end when I uncomment body's height ... can you notice layout shift ? (Browser is Chrome canary - Version 57.0.2954.0)
