Managed Bookmarks Show Up On Chromebooks but Not Chrome on PC

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Logged into Admin Console to confirm, managed bookmarks are listed and local control for entire domain 2. Logged into school owned chromebook to confirm that the managed bookmark folder shows up, it does 3. Logged into a PC, opened Chrome, no managed bookmark folder 4. Logged out of Chrome then relogged into Chrome, still no managed bookmark folder What is the expected behavior? Expect to see the managed bookmark folder for our our district domain on the left side of the bookmark bar but it only shows up on chromebooks and does not show up on PC. I do not have a Mac to test this on. What went wrong? No managed bookmark folder across multiple platforms Did this work before? Yes Not sure what version (it worked in May) Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 Logging out of Chrome and logging back in and syncing does not solve this problem. I have been told to do this over and over by different people but it is not working.

Could you please file the data displayed at chrome://policy page on a PC (from step #3)? And also would be useful to see whether the output is different from the one on a Chromebook.

So are there any confirmed reports of this issue? If not, then the bug should be closed with WontFix.
