Issue descriptionThis is a follow-up to issue 667188. We should write a test where the RenderWidgetHost that initiated the drag is destroyed in the middle of a drag operation. This can be done, for example, by navigating an OOPIF cross-process.

I am running tryjobs against https://crrev.com/2668583002. When testing this CL locally everything seems to work as expected: the test passes at ToT, but crashes with the expected callstack after reverting r435758.
