Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Verify that you do not have a site engagement score or plugin loading preference for http://www.flash-game.net/ 2. Navigate to http://www.flash-game.net/ 3. Select a game 4. Once the page fully loads (and ad is removed), click the blocked plugin icon to prompt for Flash enablement 5. Click "Block" to simulate an accidental click 6. Click the blocked plugin icon again, to attempt to enable Flash 7. Click the blocked plugin icon in the infobar and notice that the radio buttons are disabled. 8. Click "Run all plugins this time" and note that the Flash content does not load. What is the expected behavior? User should either be prompted for Flash enablement again, they should be able to interact with the disabled radio buttons, or enabling all plugins should work. Preferably, it would be nice if they were simply prompted again so they could click "Allow" What went wrong? User was not prompted with the original dialog, the controls in the blocked plugin dialog weren't able to solve the problem. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 57.0.2937.0 Channel: canary OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 See https://youtu.be/aBtQLzmq6C0 for a video demonstration

Hey Chris (Campbell), Looking at the YouTube video, I think the issue is that "Prefer HTML over Flash" isn't Enable (either manually toggled or via experiment). Unfortunately, due to the way that we do experiments it's not easy to see the current state of the feature. The UI for "Prefer" comes out from the left side of the url bar (attached now more logically to the site preferences), versus the legacy blocking which prompts from the right (as we see in the video). Trying this my self, on Chrome 55, with "Prefer..." enabled I see the correct UI prompt from the left and am able to play Plantera (fun game). Given the shift over to Prefer (HTML5 by Default), I'm not sure if we'll have time to address this particular issue before that UI gets phased out, but cc-ing some additional folks for a second opinion.

Merging into 655899. Yeah, I agree that the radio boxes being disabled was confusing. We removed those. Now there's just the "Manage Plugin Blocking" link if the user accidentally clicked Block. See screenshot. |
