An update: bpastene is going to make a small CL to get at least the larng bot on the same builder as linux_android_dbg_ng.

linux_android_dbg_ng is also swarmed.

I'm going to add a new bot to tryserver.chromium.android that will run on the same slave pool as linux_android_dbg_ng and will be a non-swarmed version of linux_android_rel_ng

Yeah, I can move them over to a ccompute pool while I'm at it.
