I tried to detect a pattern but couldn't so I hope you can trust me on this
I use this feature alot and face this bug a lot but randomly.

What website is not working

currently i have 20 tabs and none works
gmail facebook and a bunch of local, https and http links
my guess is something happens that makes the right click dead and this thing is random and not related to the tabs url

I would like to help you debug but i need some help i guess

1) Opened Chrome with latest stable 55.0.2883.75 on Windows 10
2) Navigate to gmail/fb.com/nytimes.com 
3) Right click on tab title
4) Observed context menu was always shown.

Let me know if anything is missed here.

I just asked 2 colleagues to test on mac pc's
they don't have it too on ANY tab!
I know a reported the issue from my home windows pc but I had the same problem too on windows.

to be exact:
1) I'm now on MacPro running macos v10.12.1 (16B2555) and chrome v54.0.2840.98 (64-bit)
2) out of 18 tabs only 3 tabs worked (gmail/fb.com/nytimes.com didn't work)

to make it even more weird and insane:
this url worked
http://micro-live.tickaroo.local:4300/widgets/micro_live/ticker/MISC
and this one didnt!!!

both local links but other links also random as I said before

I know it's hard for you to go on when you can't see the issue but I really hope you give it a good look and ask others to try or as I said before I would love to debug on my machine if you tell me how

they have no menu too

ok now I'm sure it's not related to urls at all
I opened the same links again in new tabs and both of them didn't work!
and i disabled all adons before this test
I'm out of ideas now
