Could you please confirm that this only reproduces with http://crosvideo.appspot.com/?codec=h264&cycle=true, but not with http://crosvideo.appspot.com/?codec=h264&cycle=false, and happens at the beginning of playback, so no video shown previously? This would be interesting, since at the beginning there should be no difference between a cycling and non-cycling video, as there has been no cycle yet at the beginning of playback.

avkodipelli@ Can you also test other h264 videos and see if they have the same problems? For example, videojs.com or vimeo.com.

Observations as below: -- Same behavior with http://crosvideo.appspot.com/?codec=h264&cycle=false -- It doesn't matter whether we play from first or seek to any position, it is not showing around 1min of video and then it is showing the video -- It is also reproduced with http://crosvideo.appspot.com/ and choosing h264 30fps or h264 60fps video. -- Not reproduced vp8 or vp9 video from http://crosvideo.appspot.com/ -- Not reproduced with mp4 video from google drive -- Not reproduced with vimeo or videojs.com
