Tested the issue on Latest Stable# 55.0.2883.87 and Latest Beta# 56.0.2924.28 on Windows, Mac and Linux and able to see only three dots after saving Credit Card. Tested the same on Latest Dev# 57.0.2950.4 and Latest Canary# 57.0.2952.0 and was able to see 4 dots as mentioned in the issue. Could some one please provide us an update regarding the issue so that it would help us in triaging further. Thanks in Advance.
