Steps to reproduce the problem:
* Build and boot a ChromiumOS image
* Note sshd listening on port 2222
* Note port 2222 is not open (but 22 is)

What is the expected behavior?
Port 2222 is open

What went wrong?
The opensshd init script for cheets did not change the port that is passed to iptables
