This got flaky very recently so we have a chance to fix it.

@animation team, can you take a look?

I'm quite concerned that timeouts are happening on release builds, that's probably something worth investigating where the time is going.

The earliest build regression range that flaked I see in flakiness dashboard is (Windows 7):

This is likely a GPU/scheduling/compositing related issue given that only the virtual/threaded version of the test is failing.
