Regression:Seek bar is not displayed for the video in "www.bcci.tv"

Chrome Version: 57.0.2937.0 Revision 325a49517707810d1abdfb0040e19b7abb5addbe-refs/heads/master@{#434845}-32/64 bit
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

TEST URL:http://www.bcci.tv/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above url.
(2)Scroll the page to 'Videos' section.(Kindly refer the video)
(3)observe.

Actual:Seek bar is not displayed for the videos.

Expected:Seek bar should be displayed for the videos.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-57,will soon update other info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 57.0.2931.0 (Revision: 434310).
Bad build: 57.0.2933.0 (Revision: 434540).

You are probably looking for a change made after 434398 (known good), but no later than 434399 (first known bad).
