Regression: Partial text is seen in battery notification section of uber tray on connecting charger.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to chrome>> Open uber tray
(2)Connect charger and Observe the text in battery notification section of uber tray

Expected : Complete text should be seen in battery notification section of uber tray.
Actual: Instead partial text is seen.

This is regression issue as it is working fine in 56.0.2924.9/9000.10.0 dev channel quawks.

@tbuckley: Please confirm the behavior
