'Showing history from your signed-in devices' tool tip does not disappear on back navigation

Chrome Version: 57.0.2936.0 Revision 325a49517707810d1abdfb0040e19b7abb5addbe-refs/heads/master@{#434845}-32/64 bit
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome, sign in to chrome with valid credential and navigate to chrome://history/syncedTabs
2. Now click on 'i' (info) iron icon, click on back arrow navigation button and observe.

Actual: 'Showing history from your signed-in devices' tool tip does not disappear after clicking on back navigation button.

Expected: 'Showing history from your signed-in devices' tool tip should disappear after clicking on back navigation button.

This is non-regression issue seen from M-55, since this is new feature introduced in 55.0.2861.0

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows, Mac and Linux. So changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
