Regression: 'Backspace' key is not working in 'Style' section of dev tools after resizing it.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2936.0 Revision 325a49517707810d1abdfb0040e19b7abb5addbe-refs/heads/master@{#434845}
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS) 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window and click on ".cls" (Element classes)
(2) Press Spacebar, then resize dev tools window to left side.
(3) Again click on ".cls" (Element classes), press Backspace and observe.

Actual: Backspace key is not working in ".cls" (Element classes)textbox to make it default state.

Expected: Backspace key should be work in ".cls" (Element classes)textbox.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-55 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 55.0.2876.0
Bad build: 55.0.2878.0

I don't think this is really a Stable blocker, since it's not a direct/feasible use case.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Won't fix since this is extremely minor and doesn't affect any real scenario.
