Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Print a large page with Chrome 57

What is the expected behavior?
With further development the size of print job get comparable size of Firefox and IE

What went wrong?
With Chrome 57 the print job size is growing again.

We have many Problem with printing in Chrome. The print jobs were getting smaller with Task Issue 620738, not much but better. Now we check the current Chrome Canary Version 57 and notice that the size of the print jobs increases again. We test it with Chrome 55, and the print job size is ~80mb and with Chrome 57 the size is  ~110mb.
