Regression: [DevTools] Element classes suggestion list doesn't dismiss under 'Styles' section.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2936.0 (Official Build)325a49517707810d1abdfb0040e19b7abb5addbe-refs/heads/master@{#434845} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS).
 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open 'DevTools' window and go to 'Styles' section. 
2. Click on ".cls" (Element classes) to open 'Add new classes' text box.
3. Type text 'g' in text box to open the Element classes suggestion list.
4. Press 'Space' key 2-3 times from keyboard and observe the suggestion list.

On pressing 'Space' key, Element classes suggestion list doesn't dismiss.
On pressing 'Space' key, Element classes suggestion list should get dismissed.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-55 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 55.0.2876.0
Bad build: 55.0.2878.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2876.0 (Revision: 421986).
Bad build: 55.0.2878.0 (Revision: 422326).

You are probably looking for a change made after 422183 (known good), but no later than 422184 (first known bad).

I don't think this is really a Stable blocker, since it's not a direct/feasible use case.

With response to comment #4: Retested this issue on latest canary chrome version 57.0.2938.0 (Official Build), it's still reproducible where as  issue 667711  is fixed.

 Issue 667711  behavior in latest canary: Classes suggestion list doesn't get opened on pressing 'Space' key on blank text box. 

 Issue 669794  behavior in latest canary: type alphabet 'g' in text box to open suggestion list and then press 'Space' key from keyboard and observe the suggestion list (Suggestion list doesn't get dismissed on pressing 'Space' key)

@lushnikov: Kindly take a look into this.

Ah, this is actually a new suggestion box. trying typing "d" and then space, you'll see how a suggestion list appears to help you navigate suggestions. works as expected, i believe!
