Layout of page is not displayed properly in layers section of devtools.

Chrome Version :57.0.2936.0 (Official Build) 325a49517707810d1abdfb0040e19b7abb5addbe-refs/heads/master@{#434845} (64 Bit) 
OS:OS:Mac Retina OS X 10.12 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://help ,Right click select 'inspect' option from context menu
(2)Dock down ,click on 'customize..' > More tools  and click on layers option
(3)Observe the layout of page.

Actual: Layout of page is not displayed properly in layers section of devtools

Expected: Layout of page should be properly displayed in layers section of devtools

This is Mac Retina specific Non-regression issue seen from 'M57' i.e 57.0.2931.0 

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac OS X 10.11.6, 10.12.1, Windows and linux OS.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on Mac. So changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
