CSS cursor: url(cursor.png) where cursor.png is a 32x32 transparent 32-bit PNG shows up as black

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.98 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://frontrend.ru/test2/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to http://frontrend.ru/test2/ 2. Push the button with text "НАЧАТЬ", than choose the button "F", than "НАЧАТЬ МИССИЮ №1" (sorry for cyrillic text) 3. Wait until game starts and move the cursor over the game area What is the expected behavior? Transparent cursor What went wrong? Black 32x32 square instead of cursor Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 7 SP1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 I saw exactly the same issue posted in 2011, but it was closed

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome reported version #54.0.2840.98, latest stable #54.0.2840.99 and latest canary #57.0.2937.0. Unable to reproduce this issue on mac 10.12.1 and ubuntu 14.04. This is a non regression issue as it is observed from M51 old builds, the page is not loading and getting stuck at 84% (as in the screenshot attached) for M50 and older builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!

The URL provided does not look like the image in comment #3, and I am unable to find "НАЧАТЬ" in the page. Please provide a minimal example that illustrates the bug to enable us to reproduce the problem reliably. Note to triager: When this come back in, please establish whether this belongs under Blink>CSS, Internals>Images, or some other component.
