Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 56.0.2924.9 (Official Build) dev (32-bit) Platform 9000.10.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie ARC 3523484 Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add the label below). Steps To Reproduce: (1)Set Shelf position to left (2)Click on bell icon(notification) from the launcher (3)Click on notification settings. Expected Result: Actual Result: Notification settings window overlapped with screen. Reproduced on ARC++ devices. How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to reproduce?) What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or log if possible. attached screenshot.
