build4-b4 and build82-b1 down

Not responding to ssh. This might be due to re-enabling usb resets for their android devices.

And build2-b4 and build6-b4 are totally hosed too >.<

build4-b4 is not accessible at all (machine and drac). Peter's volunteered to look in person.

build82-b1, I can get to the drac, so rebooting that now...
