What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Connect two external displays via HP USB hub
(2) Drag content (e.g., Chrome) on to displays

What is the expected result?
(3) External displays continue to show content without interruption

What happens instead?
(3) External displays occasionally fail; the content (e.g., Chrome) returns to the native notebook display, however their static image continues to show on the external displays until the hub is disconnected
