[MD-StatusArea] Connected wifi network is not listed on top

Google Chrome	56.0.2924.9 (Official Build) dev (32-bit)
Platform	9000.10.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Au to M56(9000.10.0)
(2)Click on connected network from uber tray 


Expected Result:
Connected wifi network Should be listed on top and font should be bold.
 
Actual Result:
Displayed list of wifi networks but getting confusion which wifi network is connected.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

This is already fixed on ToT and I have verified the expected behaviour is seen in 57.0.2933.0 canary.

The change has also already been merged back to M-56, and I have verified that it appears as expected on branch 2924.

Note regarding Expected Result in #0: connected network should be at the top but should have a green "Connected" string underneath instead of being bolded.
