Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2902.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I can't provide reproduction steps for this because I don't know why the server workers panel behaves the way it does in DevTools. What is the expected behavior? Service workers listed should only be relating to the current refresh of the page, like the console. What went wrong? I often get in a state where unregistering a service worker just greys it our, or an error in my service worker results in it not registering. This results in a number of entries that overtime obscure / hide the current service worker controlling a page. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2902.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
