Fatal crash after clicking "reconnect dev-tools" button

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Chrome://inspect session with Android device connected to Windows 10 computer
2. Disconnect the Android device from the computer, then reconnect it, while the chrome://inspect session is still open
3. The Reconnect DevTools button appears as shown here: http://image.prntscr.com/image/acc9407f637b422a831980794c10bf17.png Click the button

What is the expected behavior?
chrome://inspect session should be re-established.

What went wrong?
The entire browser crashed immediately after clicking the button.

Don't see a reliable way to reproduce this...
I cannot reproduce this either in Chrome v 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit).. Maybe this is fixed already.
