Fatal crash after clicking "reconnect dev-tools" button

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start Chrome://inspect session with Android device connected to Windows 10 computer 2. Disconnect the Android device from the computer, then reconnect it, while the chrome://inspect session is still open 3. The Reconnect DevTools button appears as shown here: http://image.prntscr.com/image/acc9407f637b422a831980794c10bf17.png Click the button What is the expected behavior? chrome://inspect session should be re-established. What went wrong? The entire browser crashed immediately after clicking the button. Crashed report ID: fff9429c-988d-4d0a-90f4-0e387a43fab4 How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Don't know Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I cannot reproduce this either in Chrome v 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit).. Maybe this is fixed already. Suggest to close the issue
