Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: Sadly, this does not seem to be a 100% reproducible issue as I can only make it happen if I refresh the extension page a few times. I have attached a screenshot proving that it does happen though. What is the expected behavior? I would expect chrome.runtime.connect to be available before any of the extension page JS loads. What went wrong? chrome.runtime.connect is undefined. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.98 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11 Flash Version: 23.0.0.207
