Cannot adjust all needed date/time settings

Issue descriptionfeatures: Settings needs to (and existing Settings do) allow me to adjust whether or not to automatically determine timezone, and then if timezone automation is off, allow me to choose a timezone manually. bugs: When using the unstable new settings ui, the only timezone option I can see is "use 24 hour clock" and cannot disable the automatic timezone setting, or adjust timezone manually.

Not aiming to dissent, just a clarification re:classifying this as a feature request - Is it not a given that the new Settings UI will provide (at least) the same set of functions as the current UI?

This has been fixed recently; I am seeing both the timezone dropdown and "Automatically check..." checkbox in 56.0.2924.12 (Official Build) dev |
