Did you uncheck "Hide violations" under console filters?

Did you uncheck "Hide violations" under console filters? Yes.

(but 1 week ago these warnings were not showing up on any website).

I am seeing this on all websites with this error, even here on this web page. I just went to https://www.google.com for example and it gives me this error in dev tools:

[Violation] Long running JavaScript task took 115ms.

p.s. I have turned off all my extensions in Google Canary and still seeing this warning in dev tools. This warning only started showing up in last few days (less than 1 week). But showing up on every website. So I felt I should create a log for it here.
Thank you for creating the bug. The violation is due to the long running operation, we want to warn web developers of potentially slow content. It seems like in your machine's case regular operations take longer than the thresholds we provide. Let's keep this bug open as we gather more stars / feedback.

Tested the same on win10 chrome version 56.0.2924.18 and canary 57.0.2949.0 by navigating to https://www.google.com and unchecking "Hide violations" under console filters - Observed no violation error messages

Could you please upgrade to latest dev and see if issue still exists.
