ChromeVox is activated during pinch gestures

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Using a chrome OS device with a touch screen, visit a web page and slowly pinch zoom in.

What is the expected result?
The page will zoom with no other effects.

What happens instead?
There are audible ticks during the gesture and if the gesture lasts long enough (about 3 seconds) ChromeVox is activated.

Enabling ChromeVox from a touchscreen was not shipped for this very reason!  Closing as WontFix.
