Hello This is working as intended. In 7.0 chrome (monochrome) provides the webview functionality, and the webview package is disabled. If you disable chrome, webview will be enabled, and start receiving updates. But in the default situation (which you're currently in), when you receive a chrome update, you also implicitly receive a webview update.
