Regression: Drop down option list does not gets open after hovering on Menu options on 'http://www.philips.co.in/'

Chrome Version:57.0.2936.0 325a49517707810d1abdfb0040e19b7abb5addbe-refs/heads/master@{#434845} 32/64 bit
OS: Windows (7,8,10),Mac (10.12.1,10.11.6),Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to http://www.philips.co.in/
2. Hover mouse over menu option,Observe.

Actual:Drop down option list does not gets open after step 2.
Expected: Drop down option list should get open.

This is regression issue, broken in 'M57' and will soon provide other info:

Manual bisect info:
Good build:57.0.2931.0
Bad build:57.0.2933.0

Issue is not seen on other browser like firefox
