Regression: Option under list of iron icon is not properly displayed in chrome://md-settings/autofill

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.10 862b939098701b391a07aa9f915d3c72e8c5814f-refs/branch-heads/2924@{#148} (64-bit)
OS:Mac Retina OS X 10.12 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill
(2)Click on 'add address' link button enter data > Save
(3)Now click on iron icon of entry and observe the options in list.

Actual: Option under list of iron icon is not properly displayed (i.e Edit option)

Expected: Option under list of iron icon should be properly displayed.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M54' and below is the manual regression range:
Good Build: 54.0.2806.0 
Bad Build: 54.0.2808.0 

Note: This is a Mac Retina specific issue and not seen on Mac OS X 10.11.6, 10.12.1

This issue is confusing. It is reported as 56.0.2924.10, but the bisect is for 54.

Assuming the bug is in 54, these dropdowns have changed completely since then, so marking WontFix.
