Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.10 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chrome and goto https://www.cleartrip.com/ 2. Search for any Hotels or Flights and Zoom-in that page upto 25% and Observe. What is the expected behavior? Page should be centred aligned when Zoomed-in to 25% What went wrong? Instead, Page is not Centred aligned and menu on the left-side of the page are overlapped. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 56.0.2924.10 Channel: dev OS Version: 56.0.2924.10 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Issue is seen on Mac 10.11.6 using canary 57.0.2936.0.
