Regression:Unnecessary grey highlight appears on 'clear browsing data' overlay.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:57.0.2934.0 (Official Build)Revision c90cb5357fcdc1c4ceccd2c9284c7f6ff4214371-refs/heads/master@{#434580} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows 10(Touch device) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings. (2)Tap on 'advanced' and again tap on 'clear browsing data' , observe the grey highlight Actual: Unnecessary grey highlight is appears on 'clear browsing data' overlay(i.e. after step 2) Expected: No such grey highlight should appear on 'clear browsing data' overlay. This is a regression issue broken in 'M55' and below is the manual regression range: Good Build: 55.0.2875.0 Bad Build: 55.0.2876.0

I can't repro on touchscreen Chromebook 56.0.2924.28 beta, but maybe this is Windows-only?

I tried on Ubuntu and Chromeos (on ubuntu). I wasn't able to repro. Tommy, could you try this out to see if it's Windows only? (feel free to send it back if it is. If you cannot repro it, I think it's a WontFix for lack of repro).

Can't repro. Probably WONTFIX since it's from a half year ago.
