[chell] Closing lid in guest mode on HP Chromebook 13 G1 completly restarts the browsers, does not save pages on wake

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8743.85.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.101 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8743.85.0 (Official Build) stable-channel chell Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have tabs open 2. Close the lid 3. On opening, tabs are closed and browser starts as new What is the expected behavior? On other Chromebooks in guest mode, tabs and windows are saved What went wrong? Closing the lid on guest mode seems to restart the browser, wiping all saved tabs. Did this work before? Yes Chrome OS 53 Chrome version: 54.0.2840.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 8743.85.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
