Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.59 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Maximise Chrome on second display 2. Go to a website that is larger than the displays resolution in width 3. What is the expected behavior? The browser will display a portion of the website and the rest off screen but will not provide a scroll bar to access that portion that has been generated off screen. Did this work before?
