Disable goodies for supervised users |

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce: 1. Create a supervised user 2. Login to supervised account 3. Open a tab. The goodies tab shows up. Greg - do goodies show up once per device, or once per profile? If it's once per device, this bug is probably low priority, but it still seems wrong to show goodies for supervised users.
