Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Any js alert box didnt show up. 2. You cant click anywhere withouth hitting esc and enter 3. I think it actually popup but something makes it invisible What is the expected behavior? It must be show up with alert content. What went wrong? It is opening but i cant see and i cant click anywhere without hitting enter or esc key. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 As you can see in screenshots alet box coming invisible. it comes front of chrome and makes program bar passive.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7, Mac-10.11.6 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using chrome stable version 54.0.2840.99 and latest canary 57.0.2936.0 with below steps 1.Opened Chrome 2.Navigated to the url http://jsfiddle.net/dotnetcodecentral/82wmN/ and clicked on Run Oberved the popup. Please find the attached screen-cast and please let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue. Thanks..

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-7, Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable version 55.0.2883.87 and latest canary 57.0.2963.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0. Reporter@ could you please upgrade the chrome to latest version and let us know your observations if the issue still persists. Thanks..

Hi. Problem still exist. I disabled all extensions. But it didnt work. I will delete chrome. It will solve this problem.(clean install)
