Issue description

Google Chrome	56.0.2924.7 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Revision	0
Platform	9000.8.0 (Official Build) dev-channel samus

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Settings
2. Search 'Google Play Store'

What is the expected result?
'Enable Google Play Store on your Chromebook' settings should be displayed

What happens instead?
No search results found

Sounds like a bug in WebUI settings, not native ChromeOS system UI.
