[Samus] kernel crash experienced once when connecting 2nd Apple type-c multi-port adapter

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in 
(2) Connect Apple type-c multi-port adapter with HDMI & USB headphone 
(3) Connect another Apple type-c multi-port adapter  

What is the expected result?
No crash 

What happens instead?
System reboots with kernel crash
