Support gtest on Android |

Issue descriptionCurrently, gtest on Android are not supported yet, but it is a straight-forward change to support gtest by using --num_retries instead of --test-launcher-retry-limit. All other command switches will stay the same. However, supporting other test types will need change on the Android test runner, and the effort is tracked by bug 669632 .
