Add handoff notes to Sheriff-o-Matic |

Issue descriptionThis is something that has been brought up in the sheriffing survey responses a lot. The idea that sheriffing would be a lot better with context from the previous sheriff on what happened/is happening. Perhaps we should add a handoff notes section (perhaps a separate page from the main alerts view to keep things uncluttered) or something on Sheriff-o-Matic which is just a plain text field that sheriffs can edit? Or maybe we could do something like embed a Google Doc? This could be used on the trooper tab too.

Going through and triaging some old sheriffing bugs with more detail. This one is very much a "nice to have" although it was heavily requested when we did our sheriffing survey a few years ago. |
