Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://codepen.io/aghassemi/full/BQwLwj/ on iOS/Chrome
2. Tap on the playicon to play the video
3. Note that despite the `webkit-playsinline playsinline` attributes present on the video tag, they do NOT playinline
4. Try the same with iOS/Safari, note the video plays inline

What went wrong?
Not supporting `webkit-playsinline playsinline` attributes, would make it impossible to autoplay muted videos on iOS/Chrome as iOS only autoplays videos that are muted and inlined.
