I can not play video on foxnews.com

Issue description

Chrome Version       : Version 54.0.2840.99 m (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : foxnews.com

Other browsers tested: FAIL
 Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
 microsoft edge ver 38.143.93.0.0: fail
IE ver 11.447.14393.0: fail

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?
I have tree computers at home, and was always able to play foxnews.com videos, but few days ago I only get black window and nothing happens. It seems like the flash is not loading. When right click on the player I do not get flash menu.

What happens instead?
Since few days ago I only get black window and nothing happens.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows-10 using chrome stable version 54.0.2840.99 and canary 57.0.2935.3 with below steps
1.Opened Chome
2.Navigated to foxnews.com and played the video 
Not observed any black window.
Please find the attached screen-cast and could you please let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue.

Thanks for checking. It turns out that the problem is my ISP (comcast) that is somehow making difficult for the foxnews.com video stream to play.  It happened just after election. If I use any other ISP the video plays just fine.
