Omnibox now includes border rectangle around text field

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome
(2) Observe extra border inside omnibox around text field

What is the expected result? No extra border.

CL removed the following lines, which appear likely to be related:
	
     omnibox_view_->SetBorder(	
         views::CreateEmptyBorder(0, 0, 0, omnibox_view_margin));
