Audio input from Citrix 7.7 to Chrome UserMedia causes jitter.

Reported by basgoos...@gmail.com, Nov 28 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 54.0.2840.99
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox: OK 50.0
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start a Citrix session on v7.7 with audio forwarding enabled
(2) Open Chrome
(3) Start a WebRTC session with Audio (and optional video)

What is the expected result?
The other side receives good quality audio (and video)

What happens instead?
The other side received good quality video but Choppy/Jittering audio, whilst local audio recording with VLC and WebRTC in FireFox produced nice and clean audio output.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

The audio problem received on the remote side sounds to my ears like an audio buffer problem, De audio (when playing) is quite OK, but it jitters +/- 5 times a second (5Hz).

This looks like out of scope for TE, hence adding the respective label for it to triage further.

Thank you!
