Issue description

Chrome Version       : <56>
URLs (if applicable) :
OS version               : windows 10
Network (such as Cable/DSL/Dial up etc): DSL
Audio/Video format (if applicable): 
Special chrome flags (if applicable):

Behavior in Safari (if known):
Behavior in Firefox (if known):

Video issue, Audio issue, both, neither? Audio Only

Flash or HTML5?  <HTML5>

If the browser or renderer crashed (“Aw, Snap”), please add any crash
IDs from chrome://crashes  (possibly after enabling crash reporting per
http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96817)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Initiate Call
(2)Join Call
(3)Audio Starts echoing on joined side

What is the expected result? Audio must clear without reverb and echo

What is the actual result? Audio Starts Echoing

Any additional information (anything else which may help us debug the
issue)? This doesn't happen on normal DSL, happens only in deployment environment where we have a secure network deployed( in hospital).

Tested the issue on win10 chrome version 56.0.2924.10 and 57.0.2937.0 using hangout vodeo call - Observed no echo

Could you please let us know the chrome version where you are facing the issue
It's version 56.0.2924.10.

Still unable to reproduce the issue on win10 chrome version 56.0.2924.18 - audio is clear

Could someone from MTV look into this as it was mentioned it only happens with deployment environment

There's too much information lacking in this bug report.  "Initiate call" doesn't give much to go on.
