Duplicate Profiler tabs are created and unable to delete them in Layers section of devtools |

Issue descriptionVersion: 57.0.2929.0 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and open devtools on any page >> Click on 3 dot menu >> Moretools and select Layers option (2)Now click on screenshot present and select paint profiler link from details tab so that profiles tab is created (3)Again double click on screenshot and observe another profiler tab >> Navigating to profiler tabs and try deleting them Expected: No duplicate entries should be seen and if seen should be able to delete them. Actual: Instead unable to delete those duplicated profiles tab. This is Non-regression issue seen from introduction of Layers tab in devtools. i.e;57.0.2928.0 dev Suspecting https://codereview.chromium.org/2417073002 from manual changelog https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/57.0.2926.0..57.0.2928.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 @caseq: Please confirm the issue
