Please provide a Guarani translation for Chrome

Reported by fitosch...@gmail.com, Nov 28 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.3 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
n/a

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Mozilla has launched a Firefox version in Guarani, a language spoken by less than 8 million people in Paraguay, Argentina and Bolivia, in several dialects.
While Guarani currently has an important number of speakers, most of them live in a situation of diglossia, where Guarani is regarded as the “low-prestige” language compared to Spanish, and the language has not had a lot of penetration in the Internet and in software, which means that these people are not able to browse the web and consume content in their native language, both situations resulting in the obvious consequences of gradual endangerment. I think that Google could have a great impact in changing this paradigm if it released software translated into Guarani (the Paraguayan variety at least, to mirror what Mozilla has done).
Another software package that’s being translated into Paraguayan Guarani is LibreOffice.
