Clearing browsing data while zip is mounted causes Files app to load slowly

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8743.85.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.101 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8743.85.0 (Official Build) stable-channel gnawty Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. mount a zip archive (size does not matter) 2. clear Chrome browsing data (checked options: everything except for Browsing history, Passwords and Autofill form data) 3. log out or restart chromebook while zip is still mounted 4. after restart, open Files app What is the expected behavior? Files app opens instantly What went wrong? It takes about 10-20 seconds for Files app to load completely and display contents. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 8743.85.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 This bug has similar symptoms to bug #524876 , however that bug was caused by clearing drive-internals cache. This bug is caused by clearing Chrome browsing data.
